Catering at Hotel Rosa means authenticity and quality. These are the rules that reign in the kitchen at Hotel Rosa. Our chef chooses fresh, quality products every day, to bring to the table dishes and specialities that will satisfy every need.

On the menu we find the best-loved dishes of regional and national cuisine, typical Italian recipes and the most famous dishes of Trentino cuisine, interpreted and served both in traditional form and in interesting modern reworkings.

At the Restaurant of Hotel Rosa in Vigo di Fassa you can savour the authentic flavours of Trentino, tasting genuine local and regional dishes, prepared following the ancient recipes of the Trentino culinary tradition skilfully prepared by our chef.

Breakfast: Good Morning…

Your holiday day at Hotel Rosa always begins around the magnificent breakfast buffet, which offers a wide selection of sweet and savoury specialities, coffee, milk, chocolate, tea, fruit juices, etc., everything you need to recharge your batteries in order to actively tackle a long day in the mountains.

For lunch and dinner, various culinary proposals take centre stage, with dishes to satisfy even the most demanding palates, dishes inspired by traditional Italian cuisine and created by the creativity of our chef.

In the dining room of Hotel Rosa’s restaurant you will find a cosy and warm ambience; the presence of the stube and the typical mountain wood furniture will make even mealtimes pleasant and relaxing.

The restaurant’s kitchen offers daily regional and national dishes, starters with typical products from the Val di Fassa, first courses of the South Tyrolean tradition, such as the characteristic strangolapreti, canederli and Tyrolean spatzle, but also second courses of meat prepared according to ancient local recipes, such as mushrooms, shin of pork and venison stew.

The restaurant is open for both hotel guests and passing tourists.


The rich breakfast buffet awaits you with a wide selection of sweet and savoury specialities: croissants, cakes, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit, hot or cold drinks, etc.


At lunchtime, we offer a wide selection of light and tasty dishes served in the restaurant’s spacious dining room, overlooking the garden. A light lunch, ideal for those who want to take a tasty break.



For dinner, we offer dishes based on traditional Italian recipes to provide the right amount of nutrition after a day in the mountains: buffet-style starters, main courses, side dishes and assorted desserts. All accompanied by the famous wines of Trentino.
