We recommend that you wait before canceling or changing your booking. The situation is progressively improving. The current restrictions will be gradually relaxed and also lifted in the coming weeks.
IF I CANCEL THE RESERVATION, WILL I LOSE THE DEPOSIT?
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date and the deposit will be valid until 30 September 2021.
CAN I REQUEST THE REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT?
In compliance with the Save Tourism Law Decree, Article 88 of the Law Decree No. 18/2020 and Art. 28 of Law Decree No. 29/2020 in the event of cancellation, a voucher will be issued for the value of the deposit paid until the end of summer 2021.

In response to Covid-19 we are taking further measures in accordance with the directives of the health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene procedures even more rigorous and safe.

Hospitality has always been the key to our hotel, but this year, in order to ensure the safety of everyone, customers and staff, we have strengthened some hygiene and health standards.
CHECK-IN - CHECK OUT
All areas of the hotel are sanitized and cleaned several times a day. At the entrance you will find a hand disinfection station. We ask you to keep a safe distance of at least one meter between other guests and the Reception desk. The keys that will be provided to you are sanitized at each change of customer!
The mask must be used when it is not possible to respect the social distances of 1 meter between people not living together and not staying in the same room, and in the internal common areas.
In the main points (entrances, exits, restaurant entrance, proximity to lifts, swimming pool) you will always find a hand sanitizer solution available that we recommend you use.
The common areas are repeatedly sanitized throughout the day, paying particular attention to critical points such as elevator buttons, seats / chairs / sofas, handrails.
At the current situation, our staff will be available to serve you the menu of the day, and drinks.
At breakfast, the customer will present himself at the buffet, and one of our waiter will assist the guest (no self service)
The tables will be spaced according to the regulations in force on the subject, and the seats sanitized at each customer change.
The tablecloths are treated and washed with special sanitizing detergents, to guarantee maximum safety even at the table!
All the rooms, including furniture and surfaces, undergo a thorough cleaning followed by careful disinfection at each change.
The bed linen is treated with special sanitizing detergents with medical surgical aid.
